Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted only if the item is too small or arrives damaged.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the delivery date of your order.
Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Tumblers — Due to the nature and intended use of this item, tumblers cannot be returned and are considered final sale.
Any item worn, used, altered, or missing tags is not eligible for return.
LuxeEdit by Képt is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
